Who is responsible

The data controller is Alexandre da Silva Pascoal, trading as Pixel Motion, Rua de São Francisco, n.º 10, Lote 12, R/C Dto., 3040-321 Coimbra, Portugal, tax number (NIF) PT235492671. For any privacy question or request, email geral@pixelmotion.pt.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and, where required for tax, your address or VAT number. Payment details are collected directly by our payment processors; we never receive your full card number.
• When you contact us: the information you include in your message.
• When you visit our pages: technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, if you allow them.

Why we use it

• To process your order, deliver the Kit and provide support (performance of a contract).
• To keep invoices and tax records (legal obligation).
• To measure our ads and improve this page with the Meta Pixel and similar tools (your consent, where required).
• To send you occasional emails about our products, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the business:

• ThriveCart (checkout and order management);
• Stripe and PayPal (payment processing);
• Meta Platforms (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel);
• our email provider (sending order and, if you opt in, marketing emails);
• our website host and our accountant.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the checkout work, and, with your consent, measurement cookies such as the Meta Pixel to understand which ads bring visitors and sales. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings on this site or in your browser.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Portuguese tax law requires (currently ten years). Support messages are kept for up to three years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email us. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt) or to the authority in your country.

Children

The Kit is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
