The Photographer's Content Kit (the “Kit”) is sold by Alexandre da Silva Pascoal, trading as Pixel Motion, Rua de São Francisco, n.º 10, Lote 12, R/C Dto., 3040-321 Coimbra, Portugal, tax number (NIF) PT235492671 (“we”, “us”). Contact: geral@pixelmotion.pt.
The Kit is a digital product. It includes links to Canva templates (posts, stories and Reels), a Caption & Hook Library in PDF and text format, a quick-start guide and a 30-day content plan. Nothing is shipped physically. You need your own Canva account (a free account is enough) to use the templates.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, at checkout. Checkout and payments are handled by ThriveCart and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal); we never see or store your full card details. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout.
Right after payment you receive an email with download links. If it does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.

We may disable template links that are shared publicly. Copyright in the Kit remains with us.
The sample images inside the templates come from Canva's free media library and are there to show the layout. Replace them with your own photos before publishing; if you keep any Canva media, its use is governed by Canva's content licence. Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. The Kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva or Instagram.
Because the Kit is digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you are asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts (as permitted under EU consumer law). For this reason all sales are final. If a link does not open or a file is faulty, contact us and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.
The Kit is a tool to make posting easier. Results such as followers, inquiries or bookings depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
The Kit is provided as described on the sales page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
